Bah! Everyone has to be so complicated! :P

Let's say if you're eating Lunch and Dinner with us, and you're taking the workshops but you're sleeping in a tent you'll get a discount.

But we're not sure how much it's going to cost for food, and full equipment rental costs so we made it 10,000 to cover everything. Then some people couldn't make it for the two nights and three days, so we had to make concessions, then things got confusing. Eeeek!

Anyway, on the 3rd day we'll be eating lunch at a restaurant, so you'll probably be able to choose your own meal/cost.

The schedule is not set in stone, but we'll try to stick to it as closely as possible.

We'll be able to work out exact costs once we know exactly how many people will be coming, and what nights they'll be staying and where they'll be staying. If there is money left over, we can pool it together to cover lunch on the 3rd day.

I hope everyone can stay for 3 days and 2 nights. That's the plan, so let's try to make it work!

thanks for the camp details! sorry, but I'm still a bit confused. I am pretty tight at the mo so I'm afraid I need to cost it all out to see if I can afford to go. If I understand correctly if one is sleeping in a tent then one has to pay 2500 (plus tent pitching fees) for each of the three days but if one stays one or two night in the bungalow then one only pays a flat rate of 4500 and 10000 yen respectively. Do we get lunch and dinner on day three? Do you want people to fill up the bungalow on the empty night and then go in a ten the next night? If so what will the cost be of doing this? Sorry for any hassles!!!!!!!! espaguete

The Camp Site managers have told us we're able to pitch the tents next to our bungalows. Usaual procedure is to pitch your tents by the riverside. We're special

As noted above, if you're going to be camping in a tent, you'll need to pay 2500yen per day for class fee, dinner and lunch, and camping equipment. Plus your 700 yen directly to the managers.

Because we're still not 100% sure who's coming and when, we cannot tell you. But at this stage it looks like there'll be enough space on the first night for everyone to stay in a bungalow.

On the second day more people will be arriving, so the bungalows will be overflowing, and tent camping will be the only other option.

Access to Kawai Camp Site. If you check the access map to Kawai Camp Site it looks pretty close to Kawai Station, about 7min on foot.

Train to Kawai Station. From Shinjuku it's about an hour and a half, and 890yen.

We want to make this camp lots of fun, but we'll also be training hard and making up for the classes we'll be missing in Inokashira.

So please bring your training clothes, capoeira instruments, and music books!

axé galera!

hey, whats going on with the camp...?
was it all sorted out yesterday? I would like to go but trying to work out the total cost...could you tell me the nearest station to the campsite? is there a guaranteed site for pitching the tent? is it next to the bugalows?

If you don't get a bungalow, tent camping is 700yen per night payable directly to the camp site owner, on a "first come, first served" basis.
