We’ve been invited to Grupo Nagoas first Batizado on the 4th of December. The event goes from 12 - 4pm at the Hamakita Sports Center in Shizuoka-ken, Hamamatsu-shi. Who wants to go?

We’ve been invited to an open street roda hosted by Abada Capoeira Tokyo. The roda takes place this Saturday 12th September at 2pm in Yoyogi Park. Abada Tokyo has also been kind enough to add us to their Capoeira in Japan links page.
And please make sure to check our updated schedule for November and December. Yes, we have classes on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! So, who wants to get into the Xmas spirit? Cake, presents, and Papai Noel! Let us know… and we can have a a Christmas Party with our Bantus família!

Well, I’ve finally uploaded a selection of photos from the GBC Malaysia Batizado back in mid-September 2005. Thanks to Mico and Sung for taking the photos. You can really feel the excitment, joy, and axé in these pics. Thanks to Mestre Pintor, Formado Gringo, Instrutors Canguru, Claudinho, and Rafael, and all the beautiful people of Grupo Bantus Capoeira Asia/Australia for making this batizado one we’ll always remember.
