～新クラス構成についてお知らせ～
（2005年12月17日（土）～実施）
これまでクラスが、上級者・初心者（子供10歳以上を含む）と分けられていましたが、
この度すべてのクラスに、どのレベルの方でも参加ができることとなりました。
そして、各クラスの前半が歌・ダンス（サンバ、マクレレ、フォホー等）の練習で始まり、
続いて後半がウォームアップ、ストレッチを含むカポエイラのクラスとなります。
（各クラスとも前半後半両方への参加をお勧めしています。）
また、クラスの開始５分前には集合していただけますようお願いいたします。

Grupo Bantus Capoeira Japão Opening Roda and New Year Kick-Off Party 2006 !!!
Starting with an open roda at Go Sho at 3pm sharp, then we’ll set off to the party location in Kichijoji. The party goes from 4pm - 7pm.
Price: Adults 3000yen, Kids 2500yen. Includes delicious Brazilian Feast, and 2 potent Brazilian drinks (softdrink OK), and a gift from GBC Japan.
Dress code: Brazilian Colours (Green, Yellow, Blue).
Please RSVP and get your money to us before the end of 2005.

Starting Saturday 17th December 2005 we’ll have a new class format.
ALL classes will be open to people of all levels, from Kids (10 years+) to Adults, Beginners to Advanced.
ALL classes will start with a dedicated music, singing, and dance practice. This includes learning and practicing songs, instruments, Samba, Forró, and Maculelê. Followed by a Warm-Up, Stretch, and Capoeira Class. This means the class will be broken into two parts. We encourage ALL students to attend both the Music and Dance Practice, and the Warm-Up, Stretch, and Capoeira Class. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class.
We now have four training venues on rotation. Please take a look at the schedule to see which venue we will be at each class.
