Starting Saturday 17th December 2005 we’ll have a new class format.
ALL classes will be open to people of all levels, from Kids (10 years+) to Adults, Beginners to Advanced.
ALL classes will start with a dedicated music, singing, and dance practice. This includes learning and practicing songs, instruments, Samba, Forró, and Maculelê. Followed by a Warm-Up, Stretch, and Capoeira Class. This means the class will be broken into two parts. We encourage ALL students to attend both the Music and Dance Practice, and the Warm-Up, Stretch, and Capoeira Class. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class.

We hope with the new venues and new class schedule we can better accommodate your needs and satisfy your requests. We’re trying very hard to get this non-profit capoeira group to it’s full potential. With your help, dedication, suggestions, and positive energy, we hope Grupo Bantus Capoeira Japão will become the friendliest, most enjoyable, exciting, most international capoeira group in Japan. We put in the volunteer hours, so let’s see some axé from the people of Tokyo!!!
