Another annual event for us is the Mitaka Sports Festival. Last year was a great success, and we’re hoping to make this years performance even bigger and better.
This year Mitaka City Hall has invited us to do two seperate shows. The first show will take place at around 12 midday and last for 20 minutes. Our second show will be at around 2pm.
Time: 9.30am - 3.30pm.
Grupo Bantus Japan will meet at 10:45am to stretch and warm-up before our performance at midday.
Date: Monday 9th October, 2006.
Location: Mitaka City Hall.
Dress: White Bantus Capoeira uniform (talk to Caçapa or Cafune if you don’t own the white uniform but want to take part in the performance).

10,000 push-up in 200min? incredible “chinadaily” news, wooow… so I am 4 times as old as him, and thus I am just like an ojii-chan compared with him. Can it be an excuse for my bending back?
