Design Festa 2007 Update!
We have some super great news for everyone!
The organizers at Design Festa were so impressed with our proposal they have invited us to do two more shows at Design Festa volume 25! They have also featured our images heavily on their posters and in their advertising.
Go check out Bounce Magazine page 107 available at all Tower Records across Japan.
Date: Saturday May 26th and Sunday May 27th 2007.
Time: 11am - 7pm.
Show Times:
Saturday May 26th Indoor Stage 2pm-2.45pm (45 minutes)
Sunday May 27th Indoor Stage 1.30pm-2pm (30 minutes),
Projection Space 3.30pm-4pm (30 minutes).
Location: Tokyo International Exhibition Center “TOKYO BIG SIGHT”
West Hall 1, 2, 3, 4, Atrium & Outdoor.
Price: 1 Day: 800yen (pre-sale) 1000yen (At the door). Both Days: 1500yen (pre-sale) 1800yen (At the door).

第1回 ワールド・カポエイラ ミーティング と バントゥス カポエイラ オーストラリア 10周年記念
このフェスティバルは西オーストラリア・パースにあるバントゥスカポエイラの10周年記念のイベントです。
GBCがパースで設立されたのは、若きインストラクターのカンガルーが1年間のブラジル，ベロホリゾンチでの交換留学を終えて帰ってきた1997年です。
最近では,GBCはオーストラリア内で一番敬意を持たされ、成功しているカポエイラグループの一つです。
すばらしい天気・美しいビーチそして穏やかなライフスタイルに恵まれ、パースはプロフェッソール・グリンゴがカンガルーの役割と、オーストラリアでより発展したカポエイラを引き継ぐのに完璧でさらに発展してく本拠地ともなっています。

フェスティバルのある2週間はストリートホダ、ショウ、カポエイラコンペティション、バチザードそして Troca de Cordas,さらに世界各国からきた有名なメストレとのカポエイラワークショップを予定しています。

1st World Capoeira Meeting and Decade of Bantus Capoeira Australia
This festival marks the 10th anniversary of the Grupo Bantus Capoeira in Perth, Western Australia. GBC was started in Perth by a young Instrutor Canguru way back in 1997 after his one year high school exchange in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. These days GBC is one of the most respected and succesful capoeira groups in Australia. Blessed with great weather, beautiful beaches, and a relaxed lifestyle, Perth has been the perfect base for Professor Gringo to take over Canguru’s work and further develop capoeira in Australia.
Date: Monday 17th September to Sunday 30th October, 2007.
Location: Perth, Western Australia (Google Map).
Over the two weeks there will be street rodas, shows, a capoeira competition, Batizado and Troca de Cordas, and many capoeira workshops with famous Mestres and Professors from around Australia and the world!

Nudist Beach 1st Anniversary - Part Two
The organizers of the Nudist Beach Party event are throwing a special party for all the for Bantus and Nação members that participated in the previous Nudist Beach Parties to say thank you and to keep celebrating 1 year of Nudist Beach Parties.

DJ Alexandre will be spinning some hot Brazilian tunes to get you in the mood.
