   I spoke to Neguinho tonight and according to the Tsukuba Festival homepage the festival will take place tomorrow despite the rain!

   Here’s the plan:

   10:45発 Leave from Ochanomizu at 10:45am
   [ 2分 ]ＪＲ総武線(普通) [千葉行き]
   10:47着
   秋葉原
   11:00発 Leave from Akihabara at 11am
   [ 45分 ]電車つくばエクスプレス(快速) [つくば行き]
   △11:45着つくば Arrive at Tsukuba Station at 11:45am

   If the above plan does not suit you, then we can all meet Neguinho at Tsukuba Station and leave at 12:00　midday.
