Grupo Bantus Capoeira Japão is proud to announce a new class in our weekly schedule. Starting December 5th, 2008, we will have a weekly Capoeira Angola class with Instrutor Lula.

Now is your chance to improve your mandinga, malandragem, and malícia in the roda of angola! If you’re not sure what all that means, then you need to come along to the classes every Friday at Event Hall Musashino, and get the spirit of capoeira angola running through your blood.

The game of capoeira angola is different to the game of capoeira regional in its traditions, style of play, music and singing, and expression of movement. But through training on Friday nights you will not only be expossed to a whole new aspect of capoeira culture, but your regional game is sure to improve as well.

Time: 7.30pm-9pm. Doors open 7pm

Location: Event Hall Musashino 3F

Clothes: Please wear White/Colour Bantus Capoeira T-shirt, colour malhas (capoeira pants), and some lightweight indoor sports shoes

Cost: Normal class fees apply
