Beginners Class (New Saturday Night Class)

Beginners Class

New Saturday Night Class in Kichijoji

Beginners Capoeira in 2010

A class for absolute beginners. If you’ve never tried capoeira before, then this is your chance. We’ll be working on all the basics needed to get you started. Having fun, and taking it an easy pace. No rush.

Can’t touch your toes? Well we’ll fix that.
Can’t do a handstand? We’ll fix that too.
Can’t do a cartwheel? We’ll be working on that.

A great way to finish off your working week, or get energized for a fun weekend.

Week by week, your body will be getting stronger and more flexible. Upper body, core, and legs will get a workout every Saturday night. Soon you’ll be impressing your friends and co-workers with your sexy new body and new found confidence.

Try it out! First class is only 500yen, and we’re less than 5 minutes walk from Kichijoji train station, 15 minutes from Tokyo’s two main stations, Shinjuku and Shibuya.

Bring a friend.
