There will be a few minor changes to our Saturday afternoon schedule as follows.
Saturday afternoon class at Mitaka Dai San Chugakkou Junior High School:
1.00pm-2.00pm (Kids Bantus Capoeira Culture Class)

2.30pm – 5.00pm (Adults Bantus Capoeira Culture Class)

The “Bantus Capoeira Culture Class” will cover all aspects of capoeira culture, including;
Warm-Up, Stretch, Strength & Flexibility Training.
