Acro Workshop

We will have a special Kids Acro workshop followed by adults acro workshop at Go Sho Elementary School.

Class focusing on acrobatics in capoeira. This class is open to everyone, however we’ll be training some high risk movements under the safe supervision of your instructor.

Date: Sunday 1st, August 2010

Time: 3.00pm-4.00pm (Kids) 4.00pm-6.00pm (Adults)

Location: Go Sho (Mitaka Go Sho Gakkou Elementary School)

Access: Go Sho directions

Cost: Kids: 1000yen. Adults: Normal class fees apply
