他のクラスのメンバーに会い、ホーダを楽しむチャンスです。

「Roda do Mes」とは？

カポエイラの伝統的なホーダ（ゲーム）です。

ビリンバウ（３本）、アタバキ、パンデイロ（ヘコヘコとアゴゴ）を使って音楽を演奏し、歌いながらカポエイラをします。

参加者：すべてのカポエリスタ（特にGBCJメンバー）

日程: 2011年4月30(毎月最終土曜日)

時間: 14:00～14:30

場所: 三鷹第三中学校

参加費: 無料

服装： GBCJユニフォーム

All Grupo Bantus Capoeira Japan students are invited to join in on the action. Advanced students, Bantus Capoeira Kids (plus friends and family), and Saturday night Beginners class students.

This is your chance to meet all the other members of your Bantus Capoeira family and have some fun in the roda.

What is the “Roda do Mês”?

A traditional roda (game) of capoeira with:

Three berimbaus, atabaque, and pandeiro (reco-reco & agogô), singing, and lots of good energy!

Open to all capoeiristas (especially students of GBCJ)

Date: Saturday 30th April, 2011. (Last Saturday of the month)

Time: 2.00pm-2.30pm

Location: Mitaka Dai San Chugakkou

Cost: Free for all guests. No extra charge for students.

Clothes: Please wear your GBCJ uniform and cord.

We are certain all Monday and Saturday night classes at EHM in April will not be cancelled. ~~However, due to the possibility of rolling blackouts proposed by TEPCO, classes may have to be cancelled~~.

FAB Academy Tokyo

We have a new class time on Thursdays.

Thursday late night class at FAB Academy, Roppongi:
8:45pm – 10:15pm. (Warm-Up, Stretch, and Capoeira Class)
Doors open 8:30pm

Due to customer feedback and request, FAB has decided to change the times of weekday evening classes.
Starting on April 5th, weekday evening classes will now meet from 7:00-8:30pm and 8:45-10:15pm.
Saturday class times will not change.
We hope that the new times will make it more convenient for you to enjoy classes at FAB!

多くの会員の方々のご要望を反映してFAB では平日の夜のクラスの時間を変更することにしました。
4月5日（火）から7:00〜8:30pm と 8:45〜10:15pm になります。
土曜日のクラスには時間変更はありません。
時間を変更したことで皆さまにとってFABでのレッスンがいっそう好都合で楽しいものになりますように。
