Graduado Caçapa has an awesome capoeira program for the Golden Week of Thursday 3rd to Sunday 6th, May 2012.

Thursday and Saturday includes an intensive 2 day course covering all aspects of Bantus Capoeira Culture.

The course will cover:

Capoeira Philosophy
Capoeira Angola
Capoeira Regional
Acrobatics
Capoeira Instruments, Music and Singing
Samba de Roda
Maculelê
Forró

On Friday we’ll visit Capoeira Regional Japan’s open roda in Itabashi, and the Brazilian Bikini Party in Roppongi. On Sunday we’ll visit Tribo da Lua’s open roda in Ogikubo.

We’ll be watching exclusive documentaries, sampling some powerful Brazilian food, and learning many things about capoeira..

It will be an unforgettable experience for everyone.

Thursday 3rd May, 2012

Location: Mitaka Dai Go Shogakkou Elementary School

Clothes: Capoeira pants, GBC capoeira t-shirt.

What to Bring: Bring a spare GBC t-shirt and change of clothes, sweat towel, sports drink. Bring your capoeira instruments and GBCJ members book!

Access: 5 minutes walk from Toei Subway Mita Line, Sakaue-Shimura Station

Clothes: White capoeira pants & cord, GBC capoeira t-shirt.

Clothes: Indoor capoeira shoes, colour capoeira pants, GBC capoeira t-shirt.

What to Bring: Bring a spare GBC t-shirt and change of clothes, sweat towel, sports drink etc

Cost: Adults: 5000yen
Kids: 2000yen
