Acro Workshop

We will have a special Kids Acro workshop followed by Adults Acro workshop at San Chu Junior High School.

Class focusing on acrobatics in capoeira. This class is open to everyone, however we’ll be training some high risk movements under the safe supervision of your instructor.

Date: Sunday 7th & 14th November, 2010

Time: 6.30pm-7.30pm (Kids) 7.30pm-9.00pm (Adults)

Location: San Chu (Mitaka San Chu Gakkou Junior High School)

Access: San Chu directions

Cost: Kids: 1000yen. Adults: Normal class fees apply

Back to Basics

We’ll be looking into the fundamentals of the Bantus Capoeira style with Graduado Caçapa all month in November. Taking advantage of various stretching methods, training techniques, and training exercises. Get ready to ginga till you drop!

Open to all levels, but we recommend you come with an open mind, have a basic level of fitness and high level of determination to participate in the clinics.

Date: Every Saturday in November, 2010

Time: 2.30pm – 4.30pm (KIDS 1.00pm-2.00pm)
