5月31日は世界禁煙デー

テーマ：タバコ産業の妨害

世界保健機構（WHO)は、来年、2012/3/31に予定されている世界ノータバコデーのテーマとして、「タバコ産業の妨害」を選びました。
このキャンペーンは、「たばこの規制に関する世界保健機関枠組条約」（WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control、WHO FCTC)を骨抜きにしようとするタバコ産業の厚顔無恥でますます攻撃的な活動を明らかにし対抗する必要性に焦点をあてたものになります。その理由は、タバコ産業のこうした活動が公衆衛生に深刻な危機をもたらすからです。

May 31st is World No Tobacco Day

Theme: Tobacco industry interference

The World Health Organization (WHO) selects “tobacco industry interference” as the theme of the next World No Tobacco Day, which will take place on Thursday, 31 May 2012.

The campaign will focus on the need to expose and counter the tobacco industry’s brazen and increasingly aggressive attempts to undermine the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) because of the serious danger they pose to public health.

To celebrate “World No Tobacco Day 2012″ Grupo Bantus Capoeira Japan will be holding an open roda on Saturday May 27th. So come on down to Inokashira Park – next to Ghibli Museum and let’s enjoy a day of fresh air, green grass, and capoeira. Please check the Google Map below for access to the park.

Three berimbaus, atabaque, and pandeiro (reco-reco & agogô), singing, and lots of good energy!

Open to all capoeiristas (especially students of GBCJ)

Location: Mitaka Dai San Chugakkou

Graduado Caçapa has an awesome capoeira program for the Golden Week of Thursday 3rd to Sunday 6th, May 2012.

Thursday and Saturday includes an intensive 2 day course covering all aspects of Bantus Capoeira Culture.

The course will cover:

• Capoeira Philosophy
• Capoeira Angola
• Capoeira Regional
• Acrobatics
• Capoeira Instruments, Music and Singing
• Samba de Roda
• Maculelê
• Forró

On Friday we’ll visit Capoeira Regional Japan’s open roda in Itabashi, and the Brazilian Bikini Party in Roppongi. On Sunday we’ll visit Tribo da Lua’s open roda in Ogikubo.

We’ll be watching exclusive documentaries, sampling some powerful Brazilian food, and learning many things about capoeira..

It will be an unforgettable experience for everyone.
